Continue to hold down the button. Then you need to keep that button held for a while and that will begin a 10 countdown on your dashboard. Remember to keep that button pressed all the time, then when it reaches the end you will get this symbol [=0] and that means the service indicator has been reset, and this spanner icon will disappear.

I'm not 100% sure about the B9 but on the M59, ECO mode is generally due to a low voltage, or can be when you've had the radio for a while without the engine running. & it's automatically turned off after 20 mins or so. As advised check the brake fluid level. If the level is low you need to find out why, it can be as simple as the the brake pads / brake shoes are worn down low or in the case of brake shoes (Rear Drums) it could be the self adjusters aren't working correctly. It could also be a fluid leak from somewhere so best have a look under the car and pay
